Metal: Hellsinger is a rhythm-based first-person shooter (FPS) game. You will fight against hordes of demons in the various levels of hell, with your weapon being a skull-clad sword or a wide range of deadly guns. Each weapon has its own unique ability, such as the ability to destroy or damage an entire group of enemies at once. 

You can also play as a demon and use various different weapons. Each weapon has its own unique ability, such as the ability to create a powerful explosion or to damage a large number of enemies at once.

You will need to play the game in order to progress through the various levels of hell. You will need to destroy the various demon hordes in order to proceed to the next level.
